Was going to buy a Ram Truck from them at the online advertised price of $32,912.00. They sent me a quote for $32,912.00 plus a line item that said Total Financed Aftermarkets of $3,984.00 which made the total before sales tax, license fees, and doc fees $36,896.00. I called the salesman and asked for an explanation of the added $3,984.00 and he said it was for security devices already on the truck. I never got an answer for what that meant. Do not come here for your own safety, if you do make sure you double check your vehicle when you bring it here for maintenance. After a routine oil change they didnt tighten ANY of our lug nuts on our Jeep. How on earth do you just forget to check something that important?!!! Im so grateful my husband made it home safely. We had to call a tow truck to bring it back to have them tightened and to check for damage's. It took them multiple days to help us with the tow truck. Terrible business practices.Don't get fulled by the price they advertise on several websites .If you are lucky you will found out before you get there that theses prices do not include aftermarket dealer add ons .Do not waist your time and do not let them get away with false advertising and immoral business practices .

Carlos in the finance department is absolutely useless incompetent and sucks at his job. The GM mike Gherardi is dishonest and a piece of trash. The finance general sales manager Ozzie Preciado is a dishonest piece of trash. The whole dealership is full of garbage employees. December 2022 I traded in a challenger for a charger. Carlos in the finance department is absolutely useless and sucks at his job. Besides the fact he doesn’t return emails or voicemails, he told me he sent out certain documents I needed and more than a month later I have not received them. After countless ignored calls voicemails and emails, I finally reached out to the general manager and In less than 24 hours I had the documents I needed emailed to me. Took my wife 2019 ram 1500 truck with 38,917 miles on it and took in for a check engine light and running rough. Dropped it off and David H**** tolled they need it for 3 days before they could even look at it. then tolled me that the power train warrenty will not cover it and had to be coved under my extended plan that I paid for with a $100 dedbuacted. I purchased a new truck in August of 2021, It has a few issues that need to be addressed. I took the truck to the service dept as a warranty repair. They returned my truck with a stain on the passenger seat. I took a picture and showed it to the service manager prior to leaving the dealership. Now its late November and they have totally ghosted me. I call 2 to 3 times a week and NO response. DO NOT buy from they dealership. These guys bought my car on 9/9 at a decent price. Didn't give me the check right away. Said they would mail it on 9/13. I called on 9/14 and the sales gal said, they mailed it on 9/13 (lie #1). I came back from vacation on 9/21 and didn't see the check in my mail box. Called her back and she said they mailed the check on 9/17 (lie #2). I called a different sales manager on 9/21 and finally got the check on 9/23. That's 14 days from the time I sold them my car.

I dropped my 2001 Dakota at Lake Elsinore Dodge for a bracket to be installed, a thermostat and a coolant flush; all told, maybe 2 hours worth of work. They had the truck 7 days and never even checked it in. The service advisor never called. The general and service managers never responded to multiple requests for help.
