Dr. Carrillo is awesome! She is so patient and kind. You can tell how much she cares about her patients (our fur babies). She has been such a blessing to me and my family. Both of my dogs were in this week. One had surgery and she really took the time to explain everything.
This was my first time here after moving from Riverside to Lake Elsinore. I've had the same vet for probably 30+ years (Canyon Crest Animal Hospital), and I actually had butterflies in my stomach going to a new vet. We saw Dr. Carrillo and she was awesome with my dog. He loved her! All of the technicians were great with my Remus. I am glad I looked on Yelp and found them. They will be my new vet... Maybe for another 30 years!
I moved to Lake Elsinore almost 4 years ago when I met Dr. Carrillo that has the compassion for our pets, along with a GREAT knowledge to help us in our time of need. Plus all the staff there are outstanding! Everyone so friendly and always willing to go over and above to be there for you. I HIGHLY recommend going to Lake Elsinore Animal Hospital. Friendly staff and GREAT veterinarians. When your pet (dog) remembers their vet and wags their tail and tries to kiss him and most of all isn't scared to death you know he's the right one.
