RecommendedA very friendly, courteous and clean animal hospital. I’m new to the area and I visited for the first time about a month ago for my 14 year old dog Junior. He had developed a cough and needed him to get examined. Dr. Hentz and her assistants did a wonderful job taking care of him and were very professional. Junior was given some meds and they were also kind enough to clip his nails for me. I went today for a check up for Junior and received the same service as the first. I take all my pets to this vet. 2 of my pets have had surgery here and are doing great. They genuinely care about you and your pets. Just today they saved my pup after she got ahold of a whole bag of chocolates. This will be our vet for life.
When no one else would help me this hospital was there for me. Sadly my Benji passed away but I know they did EVERYTHING and then some for him!! from the first phone call with the receptionist saying if he's that bad bring him in well figure it out and everyone else just told me no..to the last part where they gave me time with my fur baby to say good bye they were an amazing staff!! Beyond upset about my experience. I used the after hours number and left a message with a person. Called first thing at 8am and left another message in regards to my beloved pet that needed to be put down that day. I was told a vet would later call. I called back in the afternoon and stated I was worried about my situation and her response was "by the end of business day". Guess what? No call...EVER.
