Lake Effect Ice Cream is my families favorate ice place of all time every time my brother comes to visit we have to make there and try all the different flavors!!! Now i would love for Lake Effect to make a cotton candy flavor then i really wouldn't ever pick any other ice cream place.

We went after a lacrosse game and thought it was a good idea to invite the whole team for impromptu social event! I should also mention it was 8:40 and then close at 9.... So I was kind of expecting some attitude well I was pleasantly surprised the young ladies behind the counter were patient, helpful and kind. The flavors were great! We will be back again. Really glad that I took a friend's strong recommendation to come here. I brought my husband and 2 of our close friends. We all loved the attractive shop and the ice cream! It was a beautiful sunny day but I could not resist trying the intriguing grey colored London Fog (Earl Grey flavored). It was sophisticated ice cream elegance! Loved the coffee flavor as well as the salty Carmel. A must visit kind of place on your list of things to do in Lockport! Try the "Prince Made Me Pancakes"!

I was the recipient of a holiday gift box.. What a great gift. And the Pear Riesling is probably the best flavor I've had.. I haven't driven up to Lockport in a couple of years, but it might just be time to go!!!
