I am currently doing treatments for fibromyalgia. Yes, it is cold but you warm up quickly. Dave and Karen are amazing, and I am so glad they brought cryotherapy to Erie. I would recommend trying it out for yourself. It's the "coolest" place in town!
We hadn't tried something new in a while & this seemed like a perfect opportunity. I hate being cold & this was a piece of cake! Completely warmed back up within 5 minutes & felt great! Can't wait to go back!
Staff/owners are great! Experience of doing this was great! I will be freezing again for sure!
