I was very apprehensive about the cold I didn't think I would be able to withstand it, but I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did, don't get me wrong -225 is cold but it's a different kind of cold and being a GBS survivor it was very tolerable for me. Karen and Dave are fabulous people they made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I look forward to going back. Thank you Dave and Karen at Lake Effect Cryotherapy!
