I heard Dave speak at Achilles Running Shop about a month ago and I knew then that cryotherapy was something I wanted to try out. His wife's story of systemic inflammation and her journey to find relief from the pain was something that I connected with. My 1st treatment was amazing. I feel refreshed & energized! The staff were very informative & friendly! I can't wait to come back!!
After three cryotherapy sessions, I am thankfully sleeping soundly and through the night...it's an amazing difference for me. I feel less achy, have more energy, and now I look forward to completing my exercise goals pain-free. Thank you, Dave and Karen, for bringing this therapy to Erie!
