I refer people all the time. I do believe I got a new hygienist because she was very rough and poked me harder than usual.

The receptionist could do better with a smile upon greeting. She didn't seem happy. My hygienist and dentist were excellent! Dr. Dolittle made a thorough examination, above and beyond my expectations. And, my hygienist was very friendly and thorough.
Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and VERY understanding of my huge anxiety of the dentist. Dr. Doolittle and the hygienist were very patient with me which I greatly appreciate.
I would feel a little better about my check-up if a dentist would have taken the time and looked at my teeth.
