Always a good experience at Lake Country Dental
I waited in the exam chair for a long while before the hygienist came in for my cleaning. I saw the dentist right away after X rays and speaking to an assistant or something. The only thing I knew from setting up my appointment was I had an hour long slot. I didn't realize that time was for me to wait in the back twiddling my thumbs. I was offered a magazine while I waited but I declined not realizing the wait time I had in store. It was a perfect visit as usual.
My two children and I had appointments starting at 9am. We did not leave until 12:00. It was just routine check up and cleanings. It normally doesnt take that long.

I greatly appreciated the care and treatment I received by Dr. Doolittle and Crystal!! Dr. Doolittle made the time to explain everything to me and ease my tension as best she could! And Crystal allowed me to hold her hand!! I am very grateful to both of them!!
It seems that a doctor who specialized in more complex procedures would be a good addition to the staff - e.g. root canals, to eliminate any uncertainty as to the anticipated success of the procedure. I appreciate the honesty regarding the possibility of not being able to complete root canal in house, and having to then go to specialist. Given the misery of that procedure, it would be nice to have confidence that the procedure would be completed without having to close up, and then go to a specialist at another location on a... read more
Your team is incredibly polite and nice. My son was spoken to as if he mattered, not in a scripted generic way. As a hospital CEO, I appreciated the service.
