I like everyone there, however, this being my second visit, I saw someone (Hygienist) different this time than I did the previous time. I would much rather see the same Hygienist each time if possible. Both were very nice and easy on my mouth so either would be nice to see each time.
He and younger sister's cleaning apointment took an hour and 45 minutes. This was way too long for a cleaning
I had to reschedule since I was given a date for cleaning and it was incorrect. Then checking on Donald my husband appt coming no note in his file his antibiotic was already ordered and he was scheduled for regular cleaning but front desk said it was scheduled incorrect he needed deep cleaning? Not sure what's happened and I am very afraid every visit and then to have wrong dates take off work it just adds to my stress that I really don't need. I love dr Snyder and his work and compassion.
The staff here is so great with children. My kids are always so excited to go and visit them and have there teeth cleaned.
It is refreshing to have a dentist that is honest & only tells you what treatment you need rather than scaring you into a bunch of unnecessary treatments.
This was the best experience I've ever had getting my teeth cleaned. I hate to go to the dentist and dreaded this but I must say I was so pleased when I left there. One thing I liked was that I wasn't told I needed a lot of unnecessary dental work done as has happened in the past with other dentists. I will definitely be back and don't think I will dread my next appointment so much as I have always done in the past. Excellent visit as always
The office was able to fit me in for my visit the same day we called. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My dental tech was one of the best I've ever had. She was thorough and knew what she was doing. Moreover, nobody tried to persuade me to buy or do more than my exam called for (that was refreshing). Thanks
