A friend of mine recently went and was refused care and treated rudely because the insurance she had, which was an acceptable form, was going to run out at the end of the month, or so the doctor said, and expressed concerned that he would not receive payment for the consultation which would be covered by the (now active and valid) insurance. What a great establishment... we'll be spreading the word about this place and their obvious disconcern for their patients and greedy practices.
Love the entire staff and the doctors! Hardly a wait and they give you their full attention without feeling like their rushed to see the next patient. The pharmacist even worked his best to reduce the cost of the prescription. Highly recommend. Thank you for your care

Huge shout out to Dr. Dang and his staff at Lake Conway Family Medical Center who took a look at my leg and provided first aid after I got bitten by a dog, even though they had just closed tonight! Thankfully it was a small dog and only surface scratches so I'm fine, but I don't know of any Urgent Care facilities that would've done the same under the circumstances...the neighborhood Doctor is alive and well at the Belle Isle Commons shopping center. #goodpeoplearestilloutthere #Conway #thankful
