RecommendedStaff was polite, friendly, and courteous. I was in and out in record time.
Came in for an ear infection and was told if I wanted to be a regular patient and transfer and get my 1 controlled medication I would have to pay out of pocket $75 for random drug testing, they cost $14 at CVS! Obviously they get very low class clients with addiction problems, I'm not going to grouped into a class and be treated like a addict. I will stick to my long time PCP. DONT BOTHER GOING UNLESS YOU HAD NO CHOICE LIKE I DID TODAY.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I don't have insurance, so the $100 fee to see Dr. Dang is 1/2 the price of a normal urgent care. They also have their own pharmacy connected to the facility for quick and easy prescription fills. Mike the Physicians Assistant is great. And the mr. Dang that is a P.A. Is as knowledgeable as most doctors are. I've visited this facility for something as simple as a sinus infection and something as serious as the gout flare up, I had today. I highly recommend this facility.

Worst doctor office I've ever been to. Doesn't return calls, I've been waiting 5 days for a return call after repeatedly requesting to speak to the doctor. They then sent a prescription to the pharmacy where they failed yet again to return my call so I had no idea a prescription was waiting for me. Front staff very disorganized. Stay away from this place only in it for the $.
No only was he attentive. They walked us through the b.s. behind Medicaid Share of cost. My mother has Alzheimer's and they made sure to cover all the bases. Tyvm Dr. Dang.
