Please, please stay away from these used car flippers.Bought a 12,000 miles used Colorado from **** ***** in Milwaukee, they gave me the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, I say "oh well" may be they overlooked this but on my way back to ** I noticed the gas tank filler neck pipe was defective because the gas pump nozzle kept clicking off every second at every gas station on all the way to **.Called the salesman ******* at no answer, even I texted him a video of the problem and called the general manager and left messages as well... read more
Do Not put money down on a car!!! If you don't get approved or decide against it they will not give you your money back!! Beware!

Unfortunately, we cannot control when a customers credit card provider issues the credit to their account. We process the credit on our end and it can take 10-14 days for the account to be credited.
Don’t do any business with Lake Chevy. The service supervisor, Nick ******is an abusive person who tries to pick fights with customers when they get a second opinion from another service center. Very poor customer service.

Nick is a great customer advocate and tries to help every customer navigate their way through difficult repair decisions with their vehicle. We understand that not every customer interaction is going to go 100% to plan, but both parties have to be willing to put their best foot forward to resolve issues.
I had a great experience with everyone at Lake in January 2020. Andy was my salesman. I came in pre-qualified at 4.4% because another dealership tried to sale me on 6%. They were able to get me down to a 3.9% and were great to work with.
