I am a prior patient of the Beaumont office. I recently moved to Louisiana and was happy to find out that there was an office in Lake Charles. I was so pleasantly greeted and treated with kindness upon my first visit. The staff was absolutely incredible, they listened to all my concerns and questions and answered all. I chose this dentist office out of the telephone book and I took a chance really on it. I am please with the outcome. The attendants and office clerks are/were great and friendly. The manager that explained the finance part was very good as well. I have only one "complaint" if you call it that. I think(for me) they need to be more informative about the procedures, I was needing a one tooth Implant. It went great. I was so afraid to go at first cause I’ve had bad experiences before with rude people at dentist offices. Everyone here was friendly and help til they calmed my nerves so much it was such a relief. Definitely recommend

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH DR. JONES. KEELEY IS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASURABLE.
All of the staff is very polite and very noligeable as to what needs to be performed,sedation was offered and made a very comfortable experience without panic or anxiety feeling. I would recomend this business to everyone who needs any kind of dental work.
These people were so kind to me. They are fixing problems with my mouth that a surgeon messed up. They made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions. The lady was even honest to me about when I should get my dentures instead of just making them knowing they wouldn't fit. Which is what affordable dentures did. I would recommend them to everyone.
