Clean, great doctors and pa's, staff is awesome. In and out at no time at all. But would really like to note the sterility and cleanliness of the building. I have had to visit two other emergency rooms in the last few months for another family member, it was gross, I don't understand how they can shut down a restaurant for cracks in the tile, but a hospital can operate with missing tiles, messy walls and floors. No wonder so many people get sick/sicker at the hospital. I 100% endorse Lake Charles urgent care.

I had finally had enough so my wife and son took me to urgent care yesterday. I found the people very nice and friendly even laughing at my silly jokes. But they were professional and I had X-rays (pneumonia), a breath treatment, two shots and a nice nurse practitioner. Was there for about 3.5 hours but the waiting wasnt that unpleasant. Felt better within hours, not as good today but she said it may take a few days for the antibiotics to fight the fluid in my left lung.
They are excellent. They have treated me always with the utmost care ! Professionalism and respect. Excellent from the office staff to the providers. I would not be treated anywhere else. !!!
Very happy with our visit. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Exceptional staff and excellent service. We will be back if needed.
My husband, two of our children and then myself, yesterday, have all been seen within the past 6 weeks. Entire staff is friendly, quick service, thorough & physicians/NP explained diagnosis and recommendations in detail. Highly recommend.
