My vaccine Appt. was exactly on-time as scheduled. Nurse asked if I had any questions, provided printed information on vaccine, scheduled 2nd vaccine appt. just before I received the shot. Shot didn't hurt, nurse was an expert. I waited 15 minutes to make sure I had no reactions. Staff courteous and professional. Thank you!
