I came with my sister to her appointment and decided to ask questions on how I could make appointment. My experience was very pleasant. The dentist and his staff were very professional and personable. The atmosphere felt like home.
all the staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Jones was excellent. Didn't know the teeth were out until he left. No pain with needle or extractions.
I had a lot of issues with my first set of dentures. I had them adjusted several times but they were just wrong. I went in to see Robin on Wednesday and she immediately saw my issues and what the problem was. She did a new casting of my mouth and had my dentures completely remade. I went back yesterday and after the wax fitting later got my new dentures. I am very pleased that they fit my mouth so much better. I thank Gracie too for facilitating these appointments for me. The moment I walked into the office the first thing I noticed was the inviting smell. (Other similar places wasn't as inviting). The staff was friendly and made me excited to begin my treatment. Thank you so much for making this journey comfortable for me.
Was very surprised with my first visit with DDS yesterday, "EVERYONE" was super nice and friendly. The atmosphere was like no other judging other business in our area. Their services was very acceptable to my budget. Dr. Jones was very professional and will talk your head off, lol. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff.
The staff at DDS is so nice and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and careing...I have already referred ppl i know to them...I am definitely going back! They are GREAT!
My implant procedure as of yet has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. the office, waiting room and work area are neat and clean.
