In addition to the skillful care they give my teeth, the staff is this office is the best!!! So cheerful and friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful office space too. Dr Rima, please don't retire as long as I have teeth!
Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere, until you disagree with them. As a customer who went there for years, I can honestly say they make B.S. diagnoses. They will NEVER send you away without recommending at least one filling. When I disagreed with their suggestion to get an old root canal tooth, that was completely fine, redone and veneered, I was met with rudeness and downright b*%$iness. It put me off, and made me realize they will do anything to get at my insurance
Dr. Rima is great and so is Diane. However, when they were running behind for my son's tooth extraction, and the front desk staff came out and handed coffee gift cards to the white men in business suits and offered a verbal "sorry" to my African-American wife, I couldn't help to feel as if they were stereotyping based on skin-color and financial appearance. I'm one of those people who is embarrassingly terrified of the dentist. Dr. Durfligner and the rest of the staff at Bella Dental have worked with me to make sure I�m comfortable and well cared for. They also approach the dental work I need done in a way that matches my budget. I�m so grateful I found them.
Caring, competent and charming professionals! I have been seeing Dr. Rima and the rest of the all female team at Bella Dental for over 10 years. They have corrected some prior incidents of poor dentistry with other providers and set me on a course of dental health. When an old crown fell out, Dr. Rima saw me that very day and stopped my pain. I've been seeing Carmen and Dr Rima for more than 10 years. They're are great with my care. Gentle with my small mouth, giving me lots of breaks!
