My 3rd trip to this magical place! I'll be back!!!
I have been going to this spa since the brginning in 1990s. I slways look forward to my day Spas there. However , I feel like there hss been a decline in the quality of care. Yesterday I did not get what I wanted from my massage and facial. Almost like they ignored my requests or did not explain ehat is going ti be done for my body before starting it. I hope it improves. Thank you
overall experience was awesome. I have had better massages but was OK, facial was superb with a minor music technical glitch that was no fault of the esthi, lunch was very good with excellent attention by the wait staff. Love the overall atmosphere, grounds and amenities.
The most relaxing place on earth. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff was unbelievable. Especially Heath. I can’t wait to come back next year.
We came here for a spa day for my daughter’s 21st birthday festivities. The most beautiful and relaxing scaped ever. The staff are very gracious and full of surprises. They made my daughter’s birthday truly unforgettable. Her and her friends can’t stop talking about how they need to come to this resort at least once a month.
