My high school BF & I have been going to Lake Austin Spa for more than a decade. Usually it’s an exceptional experience, but Covid has made it less so.
With recommendations from CDC to help limit the spread of Covid-19, the spa seemed surprised that they might need a policy in place. Still waiting to hear back RE: cancellation policy for upcoming stay. At this point, they are not being flexible. Any one else having this issue?
My daughter signed up for several spa experiences for pregnant women. When we arrived they said sorry, we have only these these 2 for pregnant women. I had a giant cockroach in my bed. Toilet did not work well. It was awful

Great quick getaway. Always top service. Shout out to Jeanette Goodman and Spa team for back to back days of great treatments. Excellent food and a perfect room for a nice quiet January escape from the world. See yall next time
