Being in my 70's with a fair complexion, I make it a point to get a yearly check-up with Dr. Laing. As a young woman, I wasn't mindful of damage from the sun... I had terrible sunburns with blisters. In those days, the importance of sun block and protection just wasn't out there. I only wish I knew then what I know now. I'm just so thankful I have Dr. Laing looking out for me.
Recently went to this office as a new patient - found the receptionist very unfriendly and when I spoke with the office manager was told they had complaints about her before; however she apparently is leaving the practice soon and that the office was looking for her replacement. My biggest complaint is that I had some moles removed, the office called a week later with the path report however my mail box was full - I immediately called back that day - about 10 mins later and left a message to please call me back. Love Dr. Laing and the staff. They have always been very professional. If I need to see Dr. Laing they always get me an appointment quickly. They are very thorough and answer any questions that I may have. I have referred many friends and family to Laing Dermatology and they all love her too. I travel out of town to attend this facility. Very, very happy here.
I do not agree with the billing nor the service my daughter received at Laing Dermatology. I took my daughter in to get her wart frozen off the bottom of her foot on 9-11-14 and Dr Laing herself was negative about it from the very beginning. (My son had just had the same procedure done at a different Dermatologist so I knew what to expect.) She acted like it wouldn't work and my daughter wouldn't be able to handle it.
