Very friendly staff! Every visit was smooth and quick. Our family will definitely come back for any future Ortho needs. Loved all the extra details like drink refreshments and video games in the waiting area. You can tell the staff all work hard to make every patient feel welcomed. 😊
Thank you Dr. Andrea and the entire staff for everything you’ve done for both of my kids but especially Josh who finally after almost 4 1/2 Years, got his braces off today. We are gonna miss coming in every 6 weeks but loved and appreciated our time with you.
We have been with Dr.Laidlaw for 2 kids now and have been satisfied with her and the office staff! First kid made it through with preventative orthodontic care and did not need a full mouth of braces. Second kid's teeth was complicated but Dr.Laidlaw is walking us through it and taking care of it!
Zack has been out of braces for 6 months and we have his follow up retainer appointment this week!! So what does he do? He hits his front teeth on a friends head practically knocking one of them out. Blood everywhere... I call my friend who works at our orthodontics and encourages me to call Dr Laidlaw at 10:30 at night on a Saturday. "Even though he's been out of braces for 6 months?" I say.
