Wonderful office, very punctual, listens to concerns. Great communication with kids.
My 12 year old daughter and I are traveling from California to visit my parents, and just as we were about to get on our flight one of her wires broke and was poking her in her gums. She was in tears from the pain. My mom called Laidlaw and they were friendly and said to bring her in anytime and they would see her right away. Both my kids have been to Dr Laidlaw. She and her team are awesome. Very friendly and helpful and they get you in and out of there quickly which I appreciate. My kids teeth look great! Totally recommend them
I can't say enough about the great staff here. All three of my kids have had braces here and always felt welcome and excited for their next appointment. Two have since graduated and look wonderful. For the one who needs more work, every step was explained. The open communication with parents and kids alike is unparalleled.
We love this orthodontics office--the women who work there are always so friendly and knowledgeable. We now have had two children complete the whole 'braces process,' they have beautiful smiles, had fun at appointments, and overall had lovely experiences each and every time they went to Dr. Laidlaw. I always recommend this practice to friends--it is well worth the drive to Hillsboro! THANK YOU ladies of Laidlaw!
We have had both or our kids treated by Dr Laidlaw and her staff. Everyone is professional and welcoming. I truly appreciate how the patients are educated and involved just as much as the parents. Thankful for all of the time invested as well as the patience and support. I have and will continue to always recommend to people in need of orthodontic care!
