I went to this urgent care because I wasn’t feeling well and needed quick attention, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Really excellent experience start to finish. Called and was lucky that there was no one waiting, they triaged my concern over the phone to ensure urgent care was appropriate and told me to come right in. I was seen promptly and both RN and nurse practitioner were pleasant, professional, and efficient. Nurse practitioner actually examined me which has not always been my experience at urgent cares, had great insight, and was very open to my questions. The facility is new and was quite nice.
