Really excellent experience start to finish. Called and was lucky that there was no one waiting, they triaged my concern over the phone to ensure urgent care was appropriate and told me to come right in. I was seen promptly and both RN and nurse practitioner were pleasant, professional, and efficient. Nurse practitioner actually examined me which has not always been my experience at urgent cares, had great insight, and was very open to my questions. The facility is new and was quite nice. Went there with sinus pain and the only thing they gave me was Afrin for congestion lol sad but truth. They didn’t look at my pain or gave me medicine to help with it. We don’t wait for hours to leave a place with nasal spray.
