I absolutely love our current manager! I'm a rather demanding tenant and she is always on top of everything! Additionally she treats the other office lady like a team player which is an invaluable asset in any manager! Thanks for all your hard work!
This is my first experience with California living since moving from Florida with my wife. Our 1 bedroom is VERY spacious. We love the amenities, brunch every Saturday, fresh baked cookies daily, and more importantly the front office staff Ashley and Yada! They make our experience here amazing because they are so positive and upbeat. We just resigned our lease and look forward to more memories here!
This place is awesome! We've lived here for over a year and are satisfied with our stay. To be honest, the best part of our stay outside of our super spacious apartment, is the awesome front office staff. Ashley and Yada work seamlessly to make sure all of the residents are happy with their apartment living. Yada is a rockstar and made sure everything was together for a nice easy move in, I’m so glad I got an apartment here!
We’ve lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love it! 24 hr quiet policy is a plus, right on the nature preserve, very serene and peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and very clean, our apartment is spacious with a wonderful view during all of the seasons! I feel very blessed to call this our home! The staff and maintenance crew has been nothing short of amazing, Ashley in the office is always smiling, kind and very helpful!
We have been so happy with our new home at Laguna Creek Apartments! Yada has been so great to work with. She’s always super friendly and takes great pride in getting things done. The complex is quiet and well maintained, our apartment feels solid and is very spacious, and the location is out of the way, but close to everything!
Laguna Creek Apartments is a great place to live. I have lived here over 6 years with my son and 3 dogs. The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Ashley and Yada work in the front office and they are very helpful and friendly. My dogs love getting treats from them. Very quiet complex with beautiful view of Laguna Creek in winter and spring.
