I never do this as I believe in giving everyone a chance. But in this case I wish 0 was an option. Please see attached my deposit refund $199 vs. the $450 I paid. Mind you when I moved in to this place was a filth and a dump infested with mice, broken doors and appliances that had nothing but mice droppongs. See pictures for proof. I wish 0 was an option or negative... Be very careful the so called director Marissa is something else, this property management place is very money hungry but when it comes to their service they suck. Apts infested with rodents. Ofcourse they will show you pretty little model, but I that's not what you'll get as that's a catch. If you love mice and roaches this is the place to go.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The managers are the sweetest in the world ( Not sure if I can name names but if i can I'LL BE BACK! Lol So accommodating to residents and potential residents! Answering questions, they reply to emails! promply! oh my goodness LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM TO PIECES!!
Maintenance Service And unanswered questions. Once again no one knows nothing but collecting what is due. If I can’t get a decent answer as to why I’m paying $100 for water,I need to be released from the lease with no extra exception!!

The place itself is nice but the staff is rude, they need to improve their customer service and learn how to treat their residents! Low rating just for this new staff. The previous team was awesome!
