Literally horrible, there is trash all over the grass, poop everywhere, the lake is polluted with trash, the basketball court is completely destroyed, the hoops are broken, and the backboard has a giant hole in it, and there is people smoking everywhere
One of the members of the association told me to be "careful with what I post online" because her son previously posted a bad review about the neighborhood and the president of the association had his car towed multiple times and is now not allowed to park in the neighborhood. I moved out already, so here are my thoughts: Parking situation is ridiculous. There's maybe 10 guest spots in the entire neighborhood and association needs to "approve" of the guest cars.
