Great place, and great people.
I bought an OEM windows regulator for my car. And they sent me a defective item. After installing to my car correctly, when I press the down button on the switch panel, the window goes up and vice versa. I contacted them, they said they would discuss with technicians about the issue but never feedback to me. If you need a real OEM part, buy at another store.
We have bought 3 cars and have all of our service done at LT.

The tires for life are far from free. Had to get the front aligned a total of 4 times or they will not honor the agreement, cost of alignment is $115 each time for a total of $460. Plus when it came time for the new tires was told I would have to pay at least an additional $650 to cover taxes and fees. This is a total of $1100 or more for tires that can be bought for $840 anyplace else. Toyota service “ you can find better but can’t pay more”
