Love my new Tundra. The test driver of my trade said my 4x4 low was not working and would not be covered under the Ram power train warranty. I took $1000 less for my trade because they said it would be a 2500 fix and find out later it would be covered under warranty. When I reach out to the salesman on this he said they fixed the Ram and showed me a made up Invoice stating they did work that could only be done at a ram dealership. RecommendedI experienced the most fabulous service at Lagrange Toyota. I was on my way down to the beach in my Lexus SUV. Unfortunately my car broke down in Hogansville. Thankfully we managed to coast into a Valero. I was traveling with my two kids and my dog. To make matters worse, my car was packed with all our luggage and we had 5 bikes off the back. I panicked. great customer service! fast and efficient!
So very disappointed in service today. I had an 9:30 appointment and when my vehicle was returned 2.5 hours later it had scratches on it. Service acted as if I was lying that the scratches were not there when I took it in. Had to talk to someone else in management and they are going to fix it. Starving and been sitting here all day and it's now 12:44. Awful service.
