SO disappointed, I was in for service today. NO employees wearing masks!!! NO social distancing!!! ONLY hand sanitizer in the service dept was at the casher window!!! BUNCH OF (nice) excuses when I complained!!! I guess I will buy my 3rd toyota somewhere else. This makes me so sad, I have always appreciated this dealership for it customer service.
Apparently your employees aren’t wearing masks. Guess the owners don’t care about safety?

Recommendedto start with the personal video walk around the truck i was interested in by Bailey Pearson. a very nice and personal touch. there were no high pressure sales, no back and forth to the management. they worked very hard at securing me financing at a reasonable rate. dropped the price and filled the tank. everyone i dealt with was very pleasant. friendly and helpful. it was the best buying experience i have had dealing with a large dealership. i will definatly be doing business with them again and highly recommend lagrange to... read more

This place is so great! I drove about 2 hours away for the car I loved. I HIGHLY recommend Mr Jeffery Bornstein. I wasn’t able to come in until Saturday and I made the appointment the Sunday before. Mr Jeffery pulled the car I really loved to the side and I put a security deposit on it so it wouldn’t be sold. Well I made it to the appointment and he had EVERYTHING ready.
