Nice I lived at the Broadwater in 2010-2011 and it was great. Anytime I needed maintenance they were there within five minutes. The leasing agents were very professional and helpful. I didn't have any problems with insects or rodents and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. Unfortunately my job is too far away or I would definitely live there again.
