Regret living here I'm glad to have finally moved out of there! The place got worse and worse and the neighbors got noisier and noisier. It got to the point that I had to deal with hearing domestic disputes outside or my neighbors loud music on an everyday basis!!! Not a peaceful place to live!!

A Place to Call Home Broadwater formerly known as Lago Paradiso has been my home for many years although their have been some bad reviews I can say that no place is perfect. I wanted to mention that you will not find a place with such good and kind hearted staff, but you must remember that this is also a buisness and their are limitations to what the ladies can do . Room for improvement Appliances are old and unreliable. Dishwasher doesn't actually clean anything. Washing machine makes clothes smell worse when they are done. Questioning the bug spraying service as being effective as I'm still seeing lots of bugs inside of my apartment, despite how clean I keep my place. If there are other options, my advice would be to keep looking
broadwater The scenary outside is beautiful. Everything from the lake to all the trees outside. It has two pools and a gym. The apartments are also really nice. The only thing I don't like about these apartments the kitchen cabinets. They have the really old style look. My cabinets are always breaking and the wooden pieces always falling off. The space is very minimal. If theseapartments had different cabinets it would make a big difference
Great place, friendly staff I moved here from out of state without being able to visit. I had my girlfriend visit for me and the staff was super nice to her and ever since I have been here, they have been nothing but immensely helpful. We have valet trash service so you put your trash right outside your door, water is included in rent which is a great plus, and the pool area is really nice. Nice place but too noisy Buildings, location, and apartments are very nice, but maintenance service is horrible when blowing leafs of tree and landscaping services too. They do not respect hours and days in morning, evening until night later (10:30 PM) and are unprofessional due to lack of consideration with residents that want to enjoy their residences in peace and harmony. Unprofessional management I have been living here for two years and the management keeps getting worst. This is my last year here (2013). The main reason I am not renewing is because of Elizabeth. She is a very rude and unprofessional. Anytime we have needed anything she brushes us off and nothing gets solved. One time we had a cottonmouth in our living room which we think found its way in cuz of the flooding and she said it was our fault for leaving the door open, which we hadn't, so it was our problem. visited i'm moving to miami from ny. its a big transition but i gotta do what i gotta do. i went to Broadwater and spoke to a leasing agent who was very attentive to my needs. its a bit over priced for me but i guess i will have to make some sacrifices if i want to live there-which i do. i never got to see the actual apartment but i have seen pictures. looks nice. the amenities are insane!
