The lake, the green belt, and the pools views are wonderful and the convenience of having a gym open for 24hrs is a plus ???? No Complaints here! I have rented an apartment here for years now, even during the changing of the ownership of the community. I must say I am very happy with this community. Given the current market and available rental communities, Lago Paradiso remains to be a very competitive yet reasonable priced rental community. GREAT PROPERTY Such a great rental property! This community is always kept clean and has great amenities (gym, pool, lake side and even food trucks during the week)! The community is also very pet friendly. It is conveniently located across the street from a major shopping center where you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy, and get your car serviced. Great affordable accommodations in a high priced city.

Not worth for money Pros, -- Easy access to the lake -- service and maintenance employees are friendly and the request are resolved within a day TAT. Cons: -- Small kitchen with less storage space (my view no space) -- Rent is more compared to neighboring community. -- Limited home appliances compared to the rent collected (E.g. The BEST community in The Hammocks area Please do not believe these reviews. I've been living at Lago Paradiso since 2018 and I love it! We have recommended tons of friends and family throughout the years! The office staff is amazing, they go out of their way to assist you! The maintenance team is great and attentive. Until I buy my house, Lago Paradiso will be my home!!

Leasing staff are the best! Started living here when it was called Broadwater Apartments, then the apartment complex was bought and its now called Lago Paradiso. I was so relieved that they kept the same leasing staff and some of the maintenance staff since they are all great. Sandra is the best! Love that we have a running/biking/ walking trail near by with a lake view. They have made great updates to the apartments and buildings. Terrible Just a bunch of crooks trying to take your money... I gave up on this place. If you are considering renting here please reconsider extremely overpriced some apartments are "renovated" but still have old washers and dryers and as a licensed contractor I can tell you the renovations are mediocre at best.
No maintenance no security nothing gets fixed I've been living at these apartments for a very long time as a matter of fact I was here when it was called Broadwater it was much better then because they had security and they also had plenty of Maintenance that would you would actually see them around working now it's like a ghost town there is no maintenance there's no security lots of people come into here in the pool areas and all around and just hang out pretty much bums, kidswith their clothes on jumping around throwing b... read more

nice community from afar when you come in to view the apartments it all seems really nice but when you move in is when you start noticing things. I moved in while the apartments were in the process of being remodeled. they came in one day to redo the kitchen but all they did was change the cabinet doors and spray them white. on the inside the cupboards are falling apart and bending upwards because all the cupboard is is a piece of wood 1/4 inch thick and they didnt bother to replace it. at the bottom of the sink there is a b... read more
