If I could leave 0 stars I would but that’s the lowest it allows so there’s that. For starters we had the roof cave in and flood our apartment on our first week after move in, still living with mold on ceiling tiles as well as electrical outlets that are dead. (We did show and ask for all these problems to be fix but as stated in many other reviews the service sucks) Doing your laundry also turning into a whole day activity and costs you the same as going to a laundromat due to the dryers not actually working, as well as it ... read more
This complex is owned and managed by the same money-first, service-none, folks who supposedly "manage" the adjacent property. Even with the management working and residing on this property, the maintenance is the pits! Management is always blowing smoke in your face -- literally, and figuratively! The fact that there is only one (positive) review, and that it is over two years old, speaks of the fraud even in this property's supposed Review.
