Great service, clean facility friendly staff I must admit as a woman buying a car it can be a bit intimidating due to lack of knowledge on the whole process, but the sales guy KP was very professional and nice he made me feel very comfortable and his expertise was awesome, I purchased the 2015 Ford Explorer and I am happy with my choice. Awesome Experience 2013 Mustang GT/CS...love it! The entire buying experience was great. Bought the maintenance agreement, first service was doubtful but this time the staff did an excellent job. Total service as requested and super job, car runs great!
Top Notch! My experience with Lafayette Ford has been a awesome one. Professional sales personnel and the service staff add to what is a prosperous environment for auto customers. That is the only dealership where the general manager ensures satisfaction. They don't just sell you a car, they follow up on your product and you as a person. Truly a top shelf organization that I will highly recommend to anyone! I am totally satisfied with my 2015 Mustang 5.0 and will be back for my next vehicle.
