Trust the Service Department Staff If you can enjoy a visit to a service center, it has to be the quick service department. John is knowledgeable and even tempered. He presents the facts and leaves you to make the decision. No pressure! I like that. I feel that I can trust what he says. He doesn't leave me sitting for long before he checks on my car and gives me an update. Every time I go I'm afraid he will be gone. Hope you're paying him enough to keep him!

Happy 2014 Ford Fusion Owner I called to see how busy the Quick Lane was because I wanted to have the oil changed in my 2014 Ford Fusion. I dropped my vehicle off and within an hour received a call my vehicle was almost ready but they noticed I was due for inspection. I was suppose to ask them for that and forgot. I appreciate them saving me return trip. When I called one hour late my vehicle was ready. Car Repair My car had a small oil leak but as it turned out the leak was around the engine and gaskets had to be replaced.
