Customer service makes the difference! Great experience overrall. Quick Lube needs to remember to place a "next oil change" reminder on the top left corner of the windshield. Your staff is very friendly overall and I always have a good experience when my vehicle is being serviced there.

Great Customer Service! Sherry, Anthony, and Tessa were friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Though there were two delays in getting the part for my car, I was provided with a loaner car to make up for the delays.

very helpful and curtious. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus and my experience was great. I shed a few tears but mostly happy ones. The Ford team didn't stop until they got me into a car that I wanted and I didn't even have to pay anything down. The rebates that were applied took care of my down payment. I'm truly blessed and I truly appreciate everyone who made my purchase possible. I especially want to thank Ms. Merium and Mr. Adam for ALL they did to make my first car purchase special!
Great services! Layfette Ford is a great car dealership! I bought a 2014 Ford Focus. The sells person, and all the financial people were great to work with. They were able to get the price for the car and payments to where I wanted them. I will definitely recommend Layfette to all friends and family!
