Great dealership! Great friendly staff. I enjoyed the no pressure attitude and how they were able to keep my payments down. I bought the 2015 Ford Fusion SE. Chris showed me how to use some of the features on the my touch system which I absolutely love! Adam was very nice and professional while being very personal and friendly. The Works I took my vehicle for it's schedule maintenance and asked for the works ( I thought I was going to get $10 rebate but didn't) but I was told my tires were in the red, at 53k I bought 4 new tires rated for 60k miles. How at 81k I'm in the red? I would think this is not a tactic to sell more tires. Now the lady at the front desk was willing to take me to the mechanic so he can explain me but I just checked all my tires the day prior I didn't need to talk to him and listen to some lies but it's making me wonder why fo... read more

Captain KP was great. The sales manager was kind of cocky but no worries.
Great service the service staff were very courteous the waiting room was very comfortable and the service was very quick.
Best dealer for sales, service, and repairs Everyone was very helpful. The whole experience was very pleasant. This is my third vehicle from Lafayette. They've been servicing my vehicles for about 12 years. I'm not sure about repairs because Fords don't break.
