Awesome experience I loved my experice and it was like family helping family great people great additudes and they helped me get into a much needed car that I love every lil feature about it was the best experice I have ever had with a dealership great work
Great Service I love my Ford Flex. It's the best car I have ever had. Because it needs very little service, we don't have to use the Service Dept at Lafayette Ford very often. But, when we do, they are always very courteous and as prompt as they can be. I would highly recommend them.

Mister I normally always receive excellent service, however most of the time there are oil hand prints on my hood and on one or both front fenders. On this last visit I noticed a smudge mark on the driver's door inside panel. It's a simple thing for me to wipe the smudge oil marks off the hood, fenders and door panel, however I feel the technicians should insure these areas are taken care prior to the customer taking delivery of their vehicle. Great staff This was my 3rd truck purchase in 4 years. My family has purchased 9 trucks or suv's in the last 5 years. All purchases have been with Sandy Wilson as long as he is at Lafeyette Ford we will Continue to buy there. We are 3 generations of Ford owners.
Great place to buy a car and keep it running! Service was friendly and efficient. Could see my car being worked on through the window so I knew that they had rotated the tires when they said they did. Was offered a free car wash even though it was raining. I agreed because it needed to be vacuumed inside anyway. Thanks for good customer service!
