MKZ Recall 20150309 After making an appointment online to complete the MKZ recall and the appointment not registering with the service department, I began to wonder what did I do incorrectly. I called Lafayette Ford service and James got me in the next service day. Outstanding! This was my first visit to the service department and Loretta made my time well spent. The MKZ PMC recalibration went smoothly as well as all the checks those guys performed. Another outstanding!
