My cat, Mr. Fuzz seen Dr. Hanan Sedarous twice on an urgent basis. She was patient and kind, and gentle and loving toward my old kitty, and was so compassion and empathetic with me as well. She went above and beyond to be sure he was well taken care of. The other doctors and techs in the office were absolutely fabulous, so attentive and carrying, and very friendly. I cannot say how wonderful my experience was. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and kind hearts. You all set the bar extremely high.
We've taken our senior dog and senior cat here a few times now and have received ok care. The staff out front are not very professional and are often loud with each other chatting or laughing while ignoring clients or making them wait a long time to acknowledge or help, the wait times are terrible and 2 out of the 3 vets we've seen there seemed nervous and uncomfortable around our very friendly dog. Sadly, this is enough for us to go elsewhere.
Dr. Sedarous is, without a doubt, the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her compassion, professionalism, and deep knowledge are truly unmatched. From the moment you walk into the clinic, it’s clear how much she genuinely cares for every animal in her care.
