Ok gym – I have been going to this gym for years. I have stayed only because it's cheaper than other gym memberships. Also because I like that it's an all ladies gym. Pro: This is an all ladies gym, so i don't have to worry about men staring at me while I am exercising. The fitness classes are really fun, I have done many of them. Zumba is the best. pathetic – this is the worst gym,,, they talk you in to long term membership,,,and then you cant get out of it.. the treadmills are a 10-20 years old,,, they squeak when you walk on them,,, i joined this gym,,later cudnt go coz i got pregnant and was advised rest..later we moved to broomfield.. i paid for three years andonly went for a month. i sowanted t5o cancel and get atleast a PARTIAL refund,,, but NO,, they just dont cooperate... cheaters. please please avoid this gym.

Dreadful Experience!!!! – The whole experience was dreadful! The steam room has been shut down for the last 3 years. Because their membership fee is so low there are too many people there that have no command of the english language and sit on the machines talking and won't get off so someone actually there to work out can't. I will NEVER step foot in their door again. The staff is indeed rude and only seem concerned with making their commission on long term memberships that a woman can't get out of.

Nice People – Workers were nice and weren't so pushy (sales wise) like most gyms I've been to. I used to be a member, but I never renewed my membership because I was supposed to move away. I never did move(plans changed) and I just might join up again.

Ladies Beware! Avoid Lady Fitness - Worst Customer Service Ever! – Beware Ladies! This gym membership has been the worst experience in my life. The management has been rude, abusive and neglectful. I was insulted and hung up on when I raised concerns. I was called a liar on numerous occasions, and called average when asking for classes over personal training. Do not tan at Lady Fitness – I had to pay $20.00 a month for a year for shity tanning beds that were from the 1980's. They have 3 beds- two that are very old -(the light bulbs haven't been changed for 10 years) and one that is newer but was broke the whole year. I tried tanning lots of times in their sorry beds and never got a tan or even pink. I asked nicely to get out of my contract. tanning beds, long term memberships – I'm stuck with a long term membership, which I wasn't totally aware of. I tried one of the tanning beds which seemed to work at the time. But since then I haven't even been able to break a sweat in the tanning bed. So now I am stuck with a long term tanning bed membership when the beds are pointless. I even asked if I could get out of it since the tanning beds don't work and I was informed that I signed a contract for that. Biggest mistake of my life! – The staff was more worried about putting on their make-up opposed to helping new clients. The staff was very pushy and roped me into a very long contract! Equiptment is ok, but they have now permanently closed their sauna
