This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I signed up years ago to do Zumba classes. The place is ghetto and the machines are old. I did a 3 year contract and when I moved a year later, I called to cancel because I would no longer be in the area. I was told I couldn't. A couple of months later, my debit card got renewed and their payments stop going through. I been attending Lady Fitness for several years. I have a knee injury - nothing to do with them and when my membership was up they suggested that I renew my membership so I don't loose my pricing, but put my account on hold due to my injury. I think that was the best solution to my problem and I wish I was aware of that much sooner. Yes, the equipment is older, but I never had many problem finding equipment that I needed. ssisterss4 – I decided to try a gym one more time, and I picked Lady Fitness because it was ladies only. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I got help with my nutrition and exercise program. They have everything I need under one roof and also very affordable

smarquez966 – I've been working out at the Lady Fitness in Thornton for 2 months and already I have more energy. I can go to sleep without a fight. Thank you Lady Fitness Staff for all your help and encouragement. The club is clean and the people are friendly. I love working out now.

All classes included – This is a nice gym. The staff is friendly. The classes are fun and not at all intimidating. Prices are very resonable and all classes included...

Staff instrumental in sucess – I joined the spa when I saw on the web that they had a Biggest Loser contest. It was the jump start I needed. I enjoy the other ladies as we reach our health goal. The staff had been instrumental in my sucvess.

Thanks for the day care – After my babies and 40 pounds I really needed to get back in shape and have more energy. With the daycare at the facility I feel comfortable working out knowing I can check on them at any time and it is so affordable.

Fun and energetic atmosphere – Lady Fitness center offers a fun and energetic atmosphere and enthusiastic staff. The staff provides a place where ladies of all ages and abilities can feel welcome, comfortable and safe while gaining a love for health and fitness. The con would be the outside could be better maintained

I feel great, I’m looking good & the best part, I’m healthier! My cholesterol & sugar have gone down to normal ranges & I’m more outgoing & comfortable being around people. Also now after I reach one of my personal goals I treat myself to Christina (personal massage) Awesome!
