Llamar a la oficina fue frustrante porque algunas de las mujeres con las que hablé tenían una actitud muy desagradable y fueron bastante irrespetuosas. I had the worst experience here the 9 months of my pregnancy …don’t bother asking questions because the Dr makes you feel stupid , and being a first time pregnancy I felt very uninformed and she would constantly hand me pamphlets to get information. Lastly, she made me feel like a fat ass my entire pregnancy and said I needed to work out more ( already had been working out 5x a week ) . Don’t recommend her, the only reason I didn’t get another Dr was because it was difficult to find a Dr who had my insurance …but definitely ... read more
She's such a great doctor. I've been to lots of gynos over the years but never felt comfortable. Her staff was really welcoming and kind. I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from but I've never felt more comfortable with a doctor before. 2024 Update: Found out where the bad reviews come from. Please take everything she says with a grain of salt. I got falsely diagnosed with PCOS. Now I have to question everything a doctor says. Staff are still really friendly though.
I highly recommend Dr. Castellanos. She has been my OBGYN for over three years. She is very professional and caring. She dedicates quality time and answers all questions and concerns. Her staff is friendly and efficient.
