My Daughter, works for Laddera. I am from El Paso, Texas but when we have visited, our stay is awesome. Love the place......
We enjoy living here but have problems with valet trash. We left Thursday and put our trash out and came back to find our trash still there including another person's trash (and the way it was put out, valet trash would not have accepted it). Brought it to up to management and they were not very helpful and did not seem sincere and sympathetic about our complaint. Since I work in hospitality, I feel that management could have handled this situation more appropriately.
