RecommendedI absolutely love coming home everyday to Ladera! The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful! I love the clubhouse! There is a candy station, cookie station, hot and cold drinks all day everyday! The staff also plans a couple of events for us every month! In your birthday month they also have a great treat for you! Located in south Austin minutes from downtown. They have a putting green,dog park and a dog bath at the clubhouse. Es un excelente propiedad limpia y muy tranquila excelente personal , dulce 🏠 hogar.
La ubicación es excelente, el conjunto de edificios luce muy bonito y está siempre bien aseado y atendido (felicitaciones al equipo de mantenimiento). Hay muchas actividades que la Gerencia inventa y reúne a los residentes.
Despite the fact that I 35 is right outside, It's peaceful. Staff is courteous and warm. Love living here
This car hit the garage next to Jackie Christopher’s apartment last Saturday evening, entered her apartment through Jackie’s open garage, and then pulled off and drove away. I do not have the garage numbers but here are photos of her hitting it and driving off. Thank you!

This is one the best apartment homes i have lived in to date! the office staff is amazing especially Ashley! I would recommend living here to anyone! the community is amazing and they have events for the residents all the time. Stop on by take a look! They will answer all your questions throughout the entire process! This community is worth a definite look.
