My wife wanted a snow white serento EX which is almost impossible to find but Chad and his team made sure they found one for us and had it in time before the end of the month. Chad had awsome communication with us during the search.

WARNING - KIA 2016 Sorrento AIR BAG ON PASSENGER SIDE WILL NOT OPERATE IF YOU USE A PILLOW or recline the seat past a certain point. I use a doctor's recommended spinal pillow (2" rear tapered to about 1/2" with a spine cutout). KIA Customer Service says "It's in the owner's manual" which is about 1.5" thick with one line that says not to use a pillow, I’m sure everyone reads the manual before they buy. There is no work around this design. If I had the money I’d trade it in with less than 6k miles on it because it’s not SAFE... read more
