Lied about a wire they pinched and broke while replacing engine and said a rodant chewed it. (we knew what it was because we read the code the engine light put out and she also tried to lie through that) . I have the "rodant chewed" wire and it was clearly cut or pinched while working on job to replace engine. Luckily it was covered but the point is they should be honest to customers. Thankfully I only have to get oil changes there to keep warranty and have a honest mechanic… See more
poor customer Service, add an appointment to get my car serviced scheduled to have a loner drove nearly 45 minutes to get there and was told sorry we have no loner available. Will not be back very disappointed
Affordable pricing, friendly salesman, no rush - no pressure sales, as promised, very accommodating, large selection of quality vehicles to choose from, and hassle free. My husband is recovering from a very bad ankle fracture and is in a cast & wheelchair making car shopping nearly impossible. My daughter did the test drive for us and I did the $$ negotiations over the phone. One trip to Ladd Hanford, signed all the papers, and left in our new Kia! Awesome Dealership!

I had the best car buying experience with both Cory And James. They weren't pushy they let me know up front what they had found with the pt cruiser I was interested in.
