Very friendly, very upstanding and understanding
Just booked appointment for Dental cleaning only and they miscommunicated, didn’t explain me anything. Did the Xrays and other check up which was never explained to me. They charged me 48$ extra which I didn’t know for what and I never booked appointment for. So Ridiculous! I booked appointment over phone and I clearly said that I want dental cleaning only. And the lady at reception said that show me the text or written confirmation where you booked for cleaning only. Tried to show me that I am fool and I didn’t book the app... read more
Booked an appointment for 3, cancelled work for two days just to be told that I only have an appointment for one person. The old lady at the reception was Very unapologetic about it. Even when it’s obvious from her computer that the fault was theirs. Wasted my time and lost money just to hear someone say it’s the fault of another staff.
