First of these employees are NOT highly trained nor skilled individuals. They lack customer service and communication skills. I arrived to appointment to a man demanding documents without even saying good afternoon and another employee sitting against the wall rolling her eyes as if she’s not in a professional setting. Doors open at 7. My appointment was at 7. I signed in. Got called in right away. In and out in 13 minutes. Blood draw was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and professional.
