Unethical, incompetent, and absurd. Consequently, I will have to report a grievance case to the Florida Board of Medicine. I made an appointment for a Friday because I needed several tests for my new physician job. When I showed up for the appointment, they said they couldn’t provide all of the services since it included a drug screening test, which they do not offer on Fridays or Mondays. I loved the experience they were very kind and overall took care of my son! (Who is 6 years old) I really appreciate them for being patient with him
Now I understand what these reviews are about. The two men that drew my two sons’ blood were excellent, no complaints. But the front desk lady was just sooooooooo rude. She was trying to discipline other people’s kids. You can’t even ask her a simple question she gets bothered by everything. Girl just find some other place to go work.
Horrible experience, they do not have running water in their bathrooms and the front desk associates are rude. Waited over an hour with an appointment and when I asked about my appointment they lied and said that they were calling my name. I was sitting right in front of the desk.
Ozzy is very professional, polite and his hand is the best! I’m very happy because I found him!
